Extrovert is a Trait that you can have in Starfield. Read on to learn if it's worth it to get the Extrovert trait, how to use and remove it, as well as its incompatible traits.

If you'd rather do your exploration together with your Companions, then pick up this trait. It is the opposite of Introvert where you'll consume less Oxygen when around other people, and consume more if you're alone.
You can remove the Extrovert Trait by talking to Andy Singh at the House of the Enlightened in The Well, New Atlantis. The option to remove the trait will show up as one of the dialogue options as you converse with him.
Alternatively, you can also have Keeper Aquilus at the Sanctum Universum remove the trait.

Extrovert has an opposing effect to the Introvert trait, so they cannot be used at the same time.

The Extrovert trait decreases oxygen usage which in turn gives you more stamina. However, this bonus is only granted if your trait aligns with the companions needed. Otherwise, you'll end up using more oxygen.
The Extrovert trait will be best if you have human companions and pick related traits like Empath or Hero Worshiped.
