You can find The Den orbiting Chthonia in the Wolf star system. It's relatively easy to find since there's only two planets in the Wolf star system.

How to Dock at The Den
Approach and Target The Den
After jumping to The Den in the starmap, press the E key on PC or the A button on an Xbox controller to select The Den. This will highlight it and show its name and health bar, as well as your distance from it in meters.
Hold the Dock Button to Dock
Upon reaching a distance of at least 500 meters or less, the Dock button will show up. Press and hold the Dock button (R key on PC or X button on Xbox) to dock your ship.
Things to Do at The Den
Sell Contraband at the Trade Authority
There's a Trade Authority booth on the main floor of The Den where you can sell your contrabands to. Luckily, there are no patrol ships that scan you for contrabands when you enter the Wolf star system. That's why The Den is a popular place for players to go to when selling their contrabands.
Ship Services Technician
The Ship Services Technician is found on the main floor, and can be seen as soon as you board The Den.
Trade Authority Kiosk
There's a Trade Authority Kiosk beside the Ship Services Technician's stall on the main floor of The Den. If the main Trade Authority booth expended all its credits, you can choose to sell here after.

Re-Re-Application
You can find Bastien Graff inside the quarters on the main floor of The Den. Talking to him will unlock the quest Re-Re-Application.
Re-Re-Application Rewards and How to Unlock
Winning Hearts and Mind
Speak to the bartender named Orval Romack on the lower floor of The Den. You'll unlock the Winning Hearts and Mind quest when you ask him if he has jobs available.
