Head over to New Atlantis on the planet Jemison in the Alpha Centauri System. Once there, make your way to the UC Vanguard Headquarters in the MAST District.

Starfield - Talk to John Tuala About Bastien Graff

Talk to John Tuala in the lobby of the headquarters and mention Bastien Graff to him. Next, select the “We just met, and he asked me to do him a favor.” dialogue option.

3. Talk to Bastien Graff

Starfield - Talk to Bastien Graff

Return to the Den on the orbit of Chthonia in the Wolf System. Speak to Bastien Graff and deliver the good news of his promotion to end the quest.
