You can clear your bounty by waiting 24 hours and surrendering to Dazra security in Starfield Shattered Space. Learn other ways to pay off the Dazra City bounty below!

If everyone on Dazra is shooting at you due to a bounty you've incurred, simply travel to any city like Akila in the Cheyenne system or The Key in the Kryx system, sit on any chair you can find there, wait 24 hours, then return to Dazra. The guards shouldn't be hostile anymore after waiting a day.
Talk to any guard and surrender yourself. You will be sent to jail, and your bounty will be cleared. However, any stolen items will be taken from you and you will spend 6 days in jail, losing 650 XP as a penalty.
There does not appear to be a Bounty Clearance Kiosk in Dazra City upon the launch of Starfield Shattered Space. It's unknown if this is a bug or a development oversight. We'll update this page if a bounty clearance kiosk is added in Dazra.
If you attain a House Va'ruun Bounty, you're also unable to clear it at Bounty Clearance Kiosk in the rest of the Settled Systems (base game locations). If you know of a way to remove the Dazra bounty, you can share your methods in the comment section below and we'll test it out.

The above console commands work to clear your bounty in Dazra. Just press the tilde (~) key to open the console, then type in the command, and hit enter to remove the bounty.
Keep in mind, however, that use of console commands will lock you out of all achievements.
