The objective of Aligning the Houses is to do the 3 other Shattered Space main quests that unlock at the same time. You can do them in any order. After completing any 1 of them, you'll unlock The Other Side, which is recommended to go last since it's quite difficult.

| 2 | Zealous Overreach | ・ Medium difficulty; you fight a dungeon full of Zealots and Redeemed, so pretty much your average Starfield quest. ・ The road to the dungeon is long and full of troublesome Phantom enemies if you're going on foot. Better to bring a Rev-8 to skip them. |
| 3 | Exhuming the Past | ・ Most difficult of the 3 quests; you fight lots of Phantoms, particularly 3 mini-boss Phantoms in areas without much cover options. ・ Recommended to stock up on weapons/ammo/aid at The Keep prior to this quest. |
| 4 | The Other Side | ・ Recommended for last since it ties into The Scaled Citadel more clearly. ・ Not as difficult as Exhuming the Past, but you also encounter lots of Phantoms and are swarmed by Vortex Horrors at the end. |
After completing 2 of the 3 House quests, you unlock The Keep Armory, which should help you stock up on weapons, ammo, aid needed.
