You can start this quest by going to the Trident Luxury Lines Staryard and talking to Gladys Coffin. When you meet her, ask her if she is famous and then congratulate her for her awards.

You can find Gladys in her office on the lower floor of the Trident Luxury Lines Staryard on the orbit of planet Akila in the Cheyenne star system. When you arrive on the orbit of Akila, you will need to travel to the staryard by selecting it on your ship's scanner.

Starfield - Madame Sauvage

When you agree to get Gladys a Velocity, the quest marker will tell you to head to Madame Sauavage's Place in Ebbside of Neon. There you can talk to Madame Sauvage by the bar counter and buy a Velocity from her. It does not matter what color you get.

Return to Gladys

Starfield - Give Gladys the Velocity

After you buy a Velocity from Madame Sauvage, go back to Gladys and give her the drink. She will reimburse you with 2500 Credits and 100 EXP for doing her errand.
