You can find Redeemed enemies among clusters of Zealots at points of interest around Va'ruun'kai in Starfield Shattered Space. Read on to see where to find Redeemed enemies, and what Redeemed enemies are.

You can find Redeemed enemies wherever there are Zealots across the various points of interest all over Va'ruun'kai. Refer to the above map to see common locations of Zealots and Redeemed enemies.
For example, you can easily find a nearby Redeemed at the Wayshrine of Strength just south of the main gate of Dazra.
You can find The Redeemed throughout the various main and side quests in Shattered Space. Simply progress through the game naturally and you will encounter them in time.
You particularly encounter a couple during the main quests Zealous Overreach and The Scaled Citadel, as well as in the side quest Sympathy for the Living, which explains how the Redeemed came to be.

The Redeemed are people who were experimented on into being powerful, bullet-spongy supersoldiers who followed orders without question.
When Dazra when into disarray, this secret bio-engineering project was taken over by the Zealots, which is why you find a few Redeemed among the Zealot ranks.
