Players can start this quest if they have talked to Sivan in the Residential Area of Cydonia. After you have exhausted all dialogue options with her, you will need to leave Mars and skip 48 or more hours. When you return to Cydonia, she will have new dialogue to start the quest.

Players can initially find Sivan in the Residential Area of Cydonia on Mars. She will be on the lower floor lounge near the workout area.
After you leave Mars and skip time, she can then be seen at the Central Hub overlooking the mining area behind the Face on Mars statue.
When you start the quest, Sivan will ask you to take her to Mars' orbit. Walk back to your ship and sit on the cockpit. Then, press the 'Take Off' button indicated on the screen to enter orbit.
While you are floating in orbit, you will need to exit your seat by pressing the same 'Get Up' button indicated when you were taking off. Find Sivan on your ship and listen to her about her story.
After you listen to her conviction, you can land back on Cydonia by pressing on the planet or going to the map menu.
Once you land, follow Sivan and talk to her again. She will thank you for doing her a favor, and she will give you 2500 Credits and 150 EXP in return.

Sivan is one of my favorite in-game personalities that don’t get enough attention. The quest won’t show in your log until you’ve spoken to Sivan twice. That’s right. You have to actually check in on her. Easy to miss if you believe Bethesda should have spelled out every step in every possible way from start to finish of each players time.
