To complete a quest using console commands, enter: completequest [quest id]. Take note that you won't get the rewards by using this method to complete a quest.

Aside from starting and completing quests, you can jump straight to specific quest stages by using the sqo command. This is particularly useful if your quest is bugged and you can't progress.
You can go directly to a specific stage of a quest by using the sqo [quest id] command. Entering this command will give you a sequence of stages or objectives for that quest along with its name.

When you have the desired quest stage, enter the command: setstage [quest id] [stage number]. This will set your current objective to your chosen stage.

Sometimes the startquest command does not work on certain Quest IDs. What you can do instead is to force start the quest by entering the previous commands. You can do this by following the steps below:
This should add the quest and chosen objective to your quest log. You can even skip past some objectives if you wish by entering a different stage number!
If you wish to completely reset a quest, enter the command: resetquest [quest id]. This command will remove the quest from your quest list.
