There's a contraband cache containing several random contraband items in the Deimos Armored Transport. Make sure to have Digipicks and at least Rank 2 Security since the crate has an Expert-level lock.

Float up a vent during zero-G to reach contraband cache

The cache can be accessed by floating up a vent in the right hallway from the locked central door during zero gravity. There's no way to control the gravity on the ship, so you'll need to wait for the right time to move in zero-G.

Kill Crimson Fleet Pirates

The Deimos Armored Transport is full of Crimson Fleet Pirates. You can kill them all to loot their equipment and items. If you're part of the fleet, they won't be hostile unless you attack first.

Open the Central Door for More Items

To open the door in the middle, you'll need to go to the elevator at the back of the ship and then float up to the 2nd level during zero gravity. Go to the cockpit area and cross through the spinning turbines to the other side.

Central door holds a room with a Master-level lock

Once you're on the other side, enter the door and use the computer to open the central door. Behind this door, you can float up to find two more doors with various items. Do note that one of the doors has a Master-level lock, although there isn't anything notable inside.
