The first step is to go to an area where you can place an Outpost Beacon. Afterwards, place down the Outpost Beacon nearby. The recommended planets for you to do this is at are ones where cities are located, such as Jemison.
Do note that some planets are not habitable or have extreme environments where you will need to have the Planetary Habitation skill.

Next, you will need to create Weapon Cases since this is where the weapons and ammo will spawn in. You will initially need to have Titanium and Polymer, which you can buy from various shops. Make sure to keep the cases closed.
Where to Get Titanium | Where to Get Polymer |
There are also different sized weapon cases, and they all carry the spawned weapon's respective ammo. The smallest cases will generate pistols; the mid-sized cases will generate rifles and shotguns; the largest cases will generate heavy weapons. Make sure to create the right type of weapon case if you want to generate a specific type of weapon
After creating as many weapon cases as possible, you will need to exit outpost building mode, save the game, and then reload it. This is a crucial step because when you reload into the game, your weapon cases should have spawned weapons inside them.
After loading back in, you can leave the weapon cases closed to make the process faster, or you can open them to check what you weapons you got.
After loading back in, walk up to your outpost beacon and remove it. This also deletes your weapon cases and sends your new weapons to your ship's cargo. This lets you save time so you do not have to manually pick up each and every weapon from its case.
Additionally, it refunds all the Titanium and Polymer you used to create the weapon cases. This will let you repeat the exploit without having to get more resources every time.
Finally, you can check your ship's cargo to view all of the weapons and ammo you received. The weapons generated are at random, which means you can use this method to farm legendary weapons. All you need to do is repeat these steps until you spawn your preferred gun.
Also, you can use this method to sell any unwanted weapons and ammo to get infinite wealth and credits.
