Should You Kill or Spare Rusty?

Choice Consequences
[Attack] That's not an option. I'm here to kill you.
(Kill Rusty)		 Rusty immediately becomes hostile and will start firing his gun at you.
I'm not going to kill you, but you better disappear forever. Leave and never come back.
(Spare Rusty)		 Rusty will leave and disappear for the rest of the game - losing your chance to gain some sellable loot from killing him.

In the mission, Unjustified, you'll be tasked to hunt down a murderer named Rusty. Killing or sparing him won't really matter since the rewards that you'll receive at the end of the quest will remain the same regardless of your choice.

Starfield - Killing Rusty

Killing Rusty is the best choice for this mission to earn some more credits from his loot.

You can loot his personal valuables such as a Solstice pistol and a bunch of random items which you can make a bit of profit from by selling them to any vendor.
