Neon Street Rat is a Trait that you can have in Starfield. Read on to learn if it's worth it to get Neon Street Rat, how to use and remove it, as well as its incompatible traits.

You grew up on the mean streets of Neon. You gain access to special dialogue options, and better rewards from some missions on Neon. Crime bounty by other factions is greatly increased. (Can't be combined with any other faction allegiance trait.) |

Picking Neon Street Rat as a trait will help you acquire better rewards from missions in Neon City. You'll also be able to pick exclusive dialogue options to boot.
Keep in mind that some factions are at odds against each other, and you'll have a greater bounty on your head if you pick this trait.

You can remove the Neon Street Rat Trait by talking to Madame Sauvage at her place in Ebbside, Neon. Buy something from her bar and keep talking to her until a dialogue option that will remove the Neon Street Rat trait shows up.

Neon Street Rat sets your character's Faction, so they can't get the bonuses of other Faction traits due to conflicting loyalties.

You can choose the Neon Street Rat as a trait to set your allegiance to the faction. You'll gain exclusive dialogue options, and completing their missions can net better rewards.
However, the factions in the game aren't on the best terms with each other, so you'll have a higher bounty from other factions by having this trait.
