How to Equip Packs

Equip From the Inventory Menu

Armor Inventory

You can equip packs by pressing the Start button(button with three lines) on your Xbox controller then selecting Inventory with the Left stick and pressing the A button.

Choose the Packs option to choose your preferred Pack.

Provides Abilities

Packs are a type of equipment strapped to the back of your character that provides different bonuses and abilities depending on the pack. As an example, the Boost Pack allows you to jump high to traverse difficult terrain or gain an advantageous position.

How to Upgrade Packs

Interact with Spacesuit Workbenches

You can craft Pack mods by interacting with Spacesuit Workbenches that you can find in many areas, mostly in safe locations.

You can also craft higher-grade mods but this will require the Science skill Spacesuit Design.
