Pick Up Maurice Lyon's Journal
You can find Maurice Lyon's Journal on a metal shelf on the right side of the Starsap Tours stall. Picking up this book unlocks an activity where you can visit the Hong Kong Landmark on Earth.
Visit the landmark to see the ruins of the Internalional Commerce building and the Hong Kong Snow Globe that gives 100XP when you pick it up.

Found on Titan in the Sol Star System
You can get to New Homestead by jumping to the Titan moon in the Sol system. Note that New Homestead is part of the United Colonies so expect to be scanned for contraband before landing.
