One way to unlock the Media Sponge quest is by following the Offer to Help Mitch Benjamin activity that leads to this quest. You can get this activity by talking to UC Security members in Cydonia on the planet Mars.
The activity should lead you to the residential area of Cydonia where you can find Mitch Benjamin, who will then ask you to buy volume 1 of his favorite book, Dragonstar Force. You can also start the quest by talking to Mitch right away.
Travel to the marked location on your map. The person or store you buy the Book from vary, and you can find it either in HopeTown, New Homestead, or New Atlantis. Talk to the person and ask to trade or purchase from them.
A copy of a Dragonstar Force book costs 100 Credits.
After purchasing the book, simply fast travel back to Cydonia and give the book to Mitch Benjamin, who will happily take the book and pay you with Credits. You can also Persuade Mitch, and successfully doing so makes him give you a copy of the book and roughly double the Credit Reward.
After giving Mitch his Book, you can talk to him again to repeat the quest, getting the rest of the Dragonstar Force Books. You can repeat this quest 30 times, which makes it an easy credit farm if you are willing to make the trips.
Do note that there is no unique reward for finishing the quest 30 times, and is only intended to be an easy repetitive quest to earn Credits.
