As with the other faction traits, taking Freestar Collective Settler will earn you better and increased rewards when taking on missions from Freestar Collective. You'll also have access to exclusive dialogue options to help out with clearing missions.
If you pick Freestar Collective Settler, you'll have a higher bounty on your head towards other factions.
You can remove the Freestar Collective Settler Trait by talking to Mayor Elias at Cartwright Manor in Akila City. When talking to him, make sure to choose answers that are related to the Freestar Collective trait. Then, choose the dialogue option that removes the Freestar Collective Settler trait once it shows up.
