Starfield - How to Change POV
Changing POV in Starfield is possible but controls and configurations have yet to be revealed. Read this guide to learn how to change POV, whether you should play in first person or third person, and what the best view mode is.

For the PC version of the game, Mouse 3 and the Mouse Scroll Wheel toggles the player's POV from first-person to third-person and vice versa. As for Xbox users, the View button toggles this feature.

Cannot Change POV in the First Mission

The first mission does not allow the player to change POV. The player will gain the ability to toggle POVs after the introductory mission.
