Starfield - No Fishing
Todd Howard, in an interview with Kinda Funny Games, confirmed that there will be no fishing in Starfieldーspecifically, no fishing with rods and no selling or cooking fish.

Collecting and Killing Fish Likely Possible

Starfield - Fishing Alternatives

In the same interview, Todd Howard did say that fishing will depend on what our definition of it is so we may still be able to collect and kill fish, possibly while exploring underwater or deep within caves.

Fish could also appear as a food that you can consume to regain health.
