Sabotage Walkthrough and Objectives
Main Objectives
1-2. Meet and Talk to Dalton in His Office
Once you've wrapped up the previous quest, The Key Ingredient, take the elevator to the Executive Offices floor and find Dalton. He'll discuss with you the plan to take down Ularu.
3-5. Take a Seat in the Conference Room and Listen to the Meeting
Head to the conference room on the same floor and take a seat. Wait for Dalton and the others to arrive and see the meeting through. Don't forget about your plan to lie about Imogene being the spy to put Ularu's guard down!
6-8. Meet Veena in the Neurodamp Division
Take the elevator down to the Research and Development floor. Head to the Neurodamp Division area, talk to Veena, and get ready to be operated on.
Relax. They've got six PhDs, what could possibly go wrong? Lie down on the operating table to proceed.
9-11. Go to the Observation Deck and Try Your New Ability
Listen to Veena's explanation about your new ability before exiting the room. Go up the Observation Deck to give that Manipulation ability a test run.

| 3 | Go back down (to where Veena is) and point on the door. Make DeMarcus open it using the keycard. |
Manipulation Skill Rank Up Guide
12-13. Talk to Veena and DeMarcus
After opening the door, DeMarcus will snap out of Manipulation and tell Veena his experience. Talk to Veena to officially complete the testing phase and she will send you back to Masako.
14. Talk to Masako in Her Office
Return to the Executive Offices floor and talk to Masako and Ularu. She will give the instructions on infiltrating Infinity Ltd. For that you'll need the Operative Suit and Operative Helmet as well as a cover ID card— all given by Ularu before the conversation ends.
15-17. Talk to Dalton
Of course, you'll have to run everything given to you by Ularu through Dalton, particularly that Overseer Program. Talk to Dalton in his room and wait for him to analyze and replace what's on your slate.
18. Travel to New Atlantis
Fly to Jemison and land to New Atlantis where the Infinity Ltd. HQ is. The planet is located in the Alpha Centauri System. Take the transit to the Commercial District upon landing.
19-20. Enter the Infinity Ltd. Corporate Headquarters
You can either take the roof access entrance or the front desk. Both should already be taken care of as long as you're wearing the Operative Suit and Helmet that you received.
21. Meet Aelys Ortiz
Take the elevator to the Marketing floor and talk to Aelys. She'll ask you to take a seat on the waiting area while she notifies Ms. Hart.
22-23. Have a Seat and Wait for Aelys to Leave
Wait for Aelys to leave her station before making a move. The quest objective will be updated once it's clear.
24-25. Find a Way into Research and Development
Get up and go back to the elevator. Make for the Roof Access then immediately turn right.
Manipulate the Guard to Turn Off the Fan
Past the grate you will see a room with a guard you can use Manipulation on. Make the guard turn off the giant fan so you can jump down the floor below without being shredded.
Sabotage the Heating System
Jump down and check the room on your right for the maintenance system. In the menu, select Critical Systems > Heating then forcibly activate the system to complete the optional objective.
Run the Program on Lucas' Computer
On the way to the R&D area, you'll run into Lucas' computer where you need to run the program. Pick it open, execute the program, and continue finding your way into R&D.
26-27. Find an R&D ID Card
The Neuroamp Prototype is inside a locked room and you'll need and ID card to get inside. Make for the new objective markers to find another room with the card, as well as Faye's computer.
Before you leave with the ID card, run the program on Faye's computer as well.
28. Obtain the Neuroamp Prototype
Return to the locked room and use the ID card on the door. Swipe the Internal Neuroamp Prototype from the chamber then quickly get out of the building.
29. Deliver the Evidence to David Barron at the SSNN Field Office
Run towards the SSNN Field Office and hand over the slate to David who's just standing there at the entrance. Let him cook with the evidence and make your own report to your boss.
30. Report to Masako at Ryujin Tower
Fly back to Volii Alpha and go up the Ryujin Tower to tell the exciting news to Masako (who will be very unhappy if the body count is more than zero).
31-32. Listen to the Conversation
Listen to the broadcast and talk to Masako once again to receive your payment and complete the quest.

Anonymous about 2 yearsIf you already have Manipulation when you do the Surgery, you recieve an aditional free level in it, if thisnis true between Universes and not 1 time then you can max it out for free

You can use the NeuroAmp to walk through this level social-stealth style. After sitting in the waiting room, walk around that level and find the woman you sabotaged back in the Astral Lounge earlier in the questline. Dialogue her into setting up an appointment with the boss, and use the NeuroAmp to allow him to give you access to his computer. Then, use the NeuroAmp on a certain guard to open a locker with a lab uniform in it. Equip the uniform and you can walk down to the prototype.
