To start the DLC Questline, jump to a star system where you don't have a quest active and where you won't be scanned for contraband immediately. After the fast travel loading screen, you'll encounter The Oracle. Respond to their call for help to start the What Remains quest (the first mission of the DLC questline).

The Shattered Space DLC is accessible in the Va'ruun'kai Planet, located in the Kavnyk Star System. You can enter and leave the planet whenever you want without getting locked into the DLC, which won't prevent you from accessing all other content in the game.

Shattered Space DLC Release Time and Countdown
Players who own the Premium Edition of the game will have access to Shattered Space DLC. It means they won't have to spend money to get this expansion and enjoy all of its content for free!
You can check the store for the Shattered Space DLC and it should say that you already own it.
Shattered Space DLC doesn't have a level requirement, but it is suggested in a blogpost to reach Level 35 for the best experience. Earn enough EXP and level through the main story or side quests to reach the recommended level quickly!
