Infinity's End is a side quest in Starfield. See if you should kill or warn Keeper Aquilus, how to unlock Infinity's End, rewards, and how to complete it.

Head over to the MAST District of New Atlantis on Jemison and follow the objective marker that leads to a small building with a circular roof called the Sanctum Universum.
Go inside and talk to Keeper Aquilus. From here, you can either kill him or persuade him to hide from the Hunter.
Report back to the Hunter on the Scorpius and tell him you've killed Keeper Aquilus. You will receive a unique melee weapon, the Last Priest, and credits.
However, if you warned Keeper Aquilus earlier and let him live, you'll have to lie to the Hunter through a persuasion check saying that you've successfully killed Aquilus.

Killing Keeper Aquilus seems to be the easier choice as players won't have to deal with a persuasion check with the Hunter later on.
Although killing Aquilus doesn't seem like the morally right choice, players who wish to get the quest over with should go with this decision as they don't need to go through the difficulty of having to convince the Hunter that Aquilus is dead.
