Get the Mark I Spacesuit

Starfield - Mark I Spacesuit

The Mark I armor set is locked behind a Master-level lock, but you can still interact with it by aiming at its left shoulder piece through the slit in the glass.

Execute the exploit to get the Mark I Spacesuit in The Lodge's basement area early. This is one of the best spacesuits in the game, and it will carry you until late game!

Do the Mantis Side Quest

Starfield  - Complete the Mantis Side Quest

You can obtain a side quest called Mantis when you pick up the a note regarding on a Secret Outpost from a dead spacer. Completing Mantis gives you a full legendary armor set, weapon, a new ship in the early game. However, the area where the side quest takes place is at Level 30, so you may need to lower your difficulty to Easy or Very Easy to clear it.

Finish Into the Unknown

Starfield - Talk to Vladimir

It is recommended to finish Into the Unknown first before you start roaming around because Starborn Powers are first unlocked during the quest.

Starborn Powers are like magic spells and they can be casted during combat or exploration to help you defeat enemies or gather resources.

You can also join factions such as the Crimson Fleet since faction quests provide credits and you can even pick up legendary weapons during the quests.

Digipicks are valuable tools to pick locks. It is recommended to buy as many Digipicks as you can from vendors, so you won't run out when attempting to pick a lock. You can also obtain them from corpses in certain areas.

Do note that upgrading the Security skill will allow you to pick more difficult locks.
