Crafting Modules are a type of module that you can place in an Outpost in Starfield. Read on to see a list of all Crafting Modules, their types, and their functions!
List of Contents
Industrial Workbenches effectively allow you to convert your raw resources into building materials. Here, you can craft things like Adaptive Frames, and Zero Wire, materials you would normally have to scavenge or purchase.
As long as you have the resources, having an Industrial Workbench in your Outpost saves you multiple back and forth trips to purchase building materials. Furthermore, this also indirectly saves you some credits since you'll be buying less materials.
If you don't already have an Industrial Workbench, but are in need of one, check out our guide by pressing the button below!
Where to Find Industrial Workbenches
Outpost crafting modules are what you use to create different aid, items, and mods for your gear. It is especially important to have them at your outpost if you need to craft items but do not know where you can find a module while out exploring.

All modules have a required amount of resources to craft them. Once you've acquired these resources, you can store them in your inventory, with your companion, or on your ship and the game will still consider the crafting conditions met.
Take note that some modules also require power while others have a hard limit on how many of those modules you can craft.
