Due in Full Walkthrough and Objectives

Main Objectives

  1. Collect Dieter Maliki's Debt
  2. Kill the Delinquent Spacer Ship
  3. Collect Delinquent CEO's Debt
  4. Collect Delinquent Mercenary's Debt
  5. Report Back to Landry

1. Collect Dieter Maliki's Debt

Starfield - Dieter Maliki

The planet and exact location of Dieter Maliki will be random for each playthrough. Open your Star Map and go to the planet where the objective marker is tagged at. Confront Dieter about his debt and from here, you can either persuade or kill him to collect the debt.

2. Kill the Delinquent Spacer Ship

Starfield - Delinquent Spacer Ship

The next target would be a Delinquent Spacer Ship. Similar to Dieter Maliki, the location will be random as well. Once you've located the ship, it will fire at you immediately.

If you have the Targeting Control Systems skill, you can easily destroy it as you'll have the ability to lock on a ship's individual parts.

3. Collect Delinquent CEO's Debt

Starfield - Delinquent CEO

The third person that owes money is a Delinquent CEO who has taken shelter deep within a facility (on a random planet again). Go inside the complex and fight your way through hordes of Crimson Fleet pirates until you reach the lower levels.

Once you find the CEO, kill her immediately and collect the debt from her dead body.

4. Collect Delinquent Mercenary's Debt

Starfield - Delinquent Mercenary

The last person that you'll need to hunt down is a Delinquent Mercenary. Open your Star Map again and locate the planet and Star System that he's on and head over there.

You can kill him on the spot and get the debt from his body, or you can spare his life by paying 10000 credits, which will result in you receiving the Solace pistol. You can also let him go by pretending that you never saw him, however, you won't be getting the unique pistol if you decide to go with this!

5. Report Back to Landry

Starfield - Report Back to Landry

Once the mercenary has been dealt with, report back to Landry for the last time. This will conclude the four-part mini quest series of the Due in Full side quest.

Due in Full Choice Guide

Persuade, Bribe, or Attack Dieter Malik?

Choice Outcome
[Persuade] GalBank will never, ever, give up. It's better if you just pay them. Dieter will pay his loan. Landry will reward you with 5500 Credits.
For the right amount of credits, maybe I could report you were dead when I found you. Dieter refuses and attacks you. With Dieter dead, Landry pays you only 3300 Credits
Looks like we're doing this the hard way. Dieter and attacks you. With Dieter dead, Landry pays you only 3300 Credits

Persuade Dieter for Highest Reward

Both Bribing and Attacking Dieter will force you to kill him, which will result in a lower credit reward. If you want to earn the most amount of credits, Persuade Dieter instead.

Dieter also does not appear to have any unique or increased loot chance, so the overall best option is to just increase your credit reward.

Choice Outcome
I'm not leaving without payment. The mercenary is left with no choice and attacks you instead. Landry pays you only 3300 Credits
It's too bad I couldn't find you. Looks like GalBank struck out this time. The mercenary is grateful for receiving mercy. Landry pays you 5500 Credits for the trouble you went through.
[Pay 10000 Credits] The only way to keep GalBank off your back permanently is by taking this. The mercenary is extremely grateful, and decides to give you his old pistol, Solace. Landry pays you 5500 Credits and commends you for a job well done.

Pay the Mercenary's Debt to Receive Solace

After hearing from the old Mercenary, the good ending would be to show him mercy and pay off his remaining debt. Doing so will also make the mercenary give you Solace, which is a great pistol.

You still get your 5500 Credit Reward, so you will only net a loss of 4500 Credits from this choice specifically.

The kill spacer portion of the quest is bugged because he was already destroyed. I can't progress. Least buggy game my butt.

If you look for the delinquent CEO during the Crimson Raider quest or w/n the faction, the enemies (whom are crimson raiders) will ignore you. For some reason, the CEO will thank you for saving them and says, "K, I'll leave now." While all the raiders are still alive. You can also completely loot the place without the raiders getting mad at you as a bonus.
