UC Wants You! is a side quest in Starfield. See how to unlock UC Wants You!, rewards, and how to complete it.

Go to Gagarin Landing on Gagarin planet, and talk to Zinaida Kuipers at the UC Vanguard recruitment office to start the UC Wants You! quest.
You can easily find the office by going to the town square and look for the building with a “Vanguard“ sign on it.
Gagarin Landing Location Guide
You'll need to give the recruitment materials to Lizzy Ajello, Dr. Pauline Keala, and Chief Dalitso Pretorius, all of whom can be found within the town square of Gagarin Landing.
Each of them will be marked by your objective tracker, so bring out your Hand Scanner and follow the trail that will lead you to each of them.
Lizzy Ajello can be found tending her bar just south of the UC Vanguard recruitment office.
Dr. Pauline Keala is located at her clinic right beside the recruitment office.
You can find Chief Dalitso Pretorius in the UC Security Office further north of the town square.
You'll get more credits at the end of the quest by successfully persuading Lizzy and Dr. Pauline to put up the recruitment posters outside their stores.
In addition to this, you don't need to convince Chief Dalitso as she'll already be more than happy to put the posters up due to her affiliation with Zinaida Kuipers in the UC Vanguard.

Return to Zinaida and let her know that you've dropped off all three recruitment materials. This will complete the quest and you'll be rewarded with 75 EXP and credits.
