By definition, the Enlightened aren't actually a religion but a peaceful and philanthropic group of people who don't believe in a higher power and instead work to help others.
You can choose Raised Enlightened as a starting trait during character creation to align yourself with the Enlightened faction. Whether this has any bearing on how you interact with the faction is still unknown, but it will exclude you from choosing other religion traits.

The Enlightened have a spot in the Well, New Atlantis. I did not pick the faction trait at the start of my game, but could walk in and do a short quest to help a local. There seemed to be areas I was excluded from, and possibly more quests to do, if one was to choose the trait for their playthrough. O7
