1. Find Warner's Lost Data Slate

1a. Go to the Whetstone Restaurant

Starfield - Whetstone Restaurant

Leave the Enhance! shop and turn right until you reach TerraBrew. Go up the ramp beside it and you'll arrive at the entrance of Whetstone restaurant.

1b. Take the Slate Inside Whetstone Restaurant

Starfield - Lost Files Location

Go inside the Whetstone restaurant and you'll find the slate containing the patient files on top of the table furthest from the counter.

2. Give the Slate to Warner

Starfield - Return to Warner

Return to Warner and hand the slate over to him to complete the quest and receive your reward.
