Starfield - Persuade or Pay Credits for the Secret Recipe

Ride the elevator all the way up to the Rooftop Terrace level of the resort in Paradiso. Talk to a woman named Rowan Masterson and from here, you can either persuade her or pay 4000 credits to obtain the Tranquilitea secret recipe.

2. Return to Kumar

Starfield - Give the Secret Recipe to Kumar

Return to Cafe Luxe at the lobby of the resort and hand over the secret recipe to the barista, Kumar Sharma, to receive 50 EXP and credits for helping him out.

Persuade Kumar to Get More Credits
