Players can start this quest after they have completed 4 Ranger Mission Board quests. You can gain access to the Ranger Mission Board after you get your Ranger badge during the Deputized quest.
After you finish the missions, you can find the One Riot, One Ranger mission listed on the board when you return.

You can find the Freestar Rangers Mission Board at the tavern on the middle floor of The Rock in Akila City.
When you accept the mission, you will have to talk to Diego to tell you more details. He can be found at the tavern on the middle floor, or in his room on the upper floor.
After listening to his instructions, he will ask you to go to an Abandoned or Deserted site to eliminate a crime boss. The site is procedurally generated so the location will be different for each character.
Once you find the Abandoned or Deserted site, you will need to navigate through the area to kill Tawny Adams. She can typically be found somewhere towards the middle of the area. You will need to kill other enemies along the way as well, but once you kill her, you can choose to either leave or keep exploring and looting.
Combat Tips and Mistakes to Avoid
When you finish eliminating her, you can report back to Diego in Akila City. He will reward you for your work with 7500 Credits and 75 EXP.
