1-3. Speak with Ship Services
Trevor wants you to speak to the Cydonia Ship Services over at the starport to find information on Hank's exact location. Go outside of the Central Hub and talk to the ship services tech.
He will tell you that Hank has returned to the planet but is nowhere to be found. With this information, return to Trevor and report your findings.
4-5. Find Hank Ferraro
You can find Hank Ferraro at the Broken Spear bar which is located near the main entrance of the hub. If you're not sure how to get there, use the Hand Scanner to see a breadcrumb trail that leads you to the objective.
6. Follow Hank
Follow Hank outside of the Central Hub to retrieve the equipment in his hidden stash. Once you reach the destination, he'll quickly pull out his gun and point it at you!
7. Try to Talk Hank Down
Try to calm Hank down by filling up the Persuasion meter to 8 bars within three turns. You'll have a higher chance at succeeding if you've invested in Social Skills such as Persuasion, Negotiation, Diplomacy, Intimidation, and Manipulation.

8. Defeat Hank (If Persuasion Fails)
If you've failed to persuade Hank, you'll have no choice but to kill him. He shouldn't be too hard to defeat and you can kill him even with the weakest weapons in your arsenal.

9. Return to Trevor
Go back to the Central Hub and inform Trevor that Hank stole the equipment in hopes of getting the crew fired; then threatened you at gunpoint so you killed him in retaliation.
However, if you were successful with the persuasion earlier, you can cover up for Hank by lying to Trevor about what actually happened.
