Unlocked by Speak with the Deimos Psychologist Activity

Starfield - Gilly Seong Location

To begin the Psyched quest, you'll need to unlock the Speak with the Deimos Psychologist activity in Cydonia, which you can get by completing the Red Tape Reclamation side quest.

The activity should lead you to an office above the mining levels of Cydonia, where you can find the psychologist, Gilly Seong, working at her office cubicle.

1. Give Psych Evaluation to Leona

Starfield - Give Psych Form to Leona

Leona is found in the office room at Cydonia where Gilly Seong's workstation is also located. Talk to Leona at her cubicle and ask her to fill out the psychological evaluation form.

2. Give Psych Evaluation to Andres

Starfield - Give Psych Form to Andres

Leave the office and go down the staircase that leads to the lower levels to find Andres using a cutter to mine some ores. Talk to him and let him fill out the evaluation form.

3. Give Psych Evaluation to Samund

Starfield - Give Psych Form to Samund

Finally, talk to Samund who is also in the mining area right beside Andres and ask him to answer the psychiatrist evaluation form as well.

4. Return to Gilly

Starfield - Return to Gilly

Go back up to the office and talk to Gilly. Hand over all the completed evaluation forms to her to end the quest.
