| Issue 05 can be found at any procedurally generated Abandoned Mine sites. Since these are unique to each character, you will need to check your map for three dotted planets or moons that could have the site.
After landing, clear out the Ecliptic mercenaries and go inside the Abandoned Mine Complex building, which will lead you into the mines. Once inside, go to the next room and you will find the magazine on a tall desk in the hallway. |

| After entering Cydonia, walk down the corridor and look for an orange door marked stairs on your left. This should lead to the Residential Area.
Once inside, follow the stairway until you reach the community center. You'll know you're in the right place if you see some gym equipment as well as some ping-pong tables. From this room, enter the doorway on the left. From here, go straight and turn left to locate a door marked Deimos Miners Quarters. Once inside, Mining Monthly Issue 07 should be sitting on a table on the right side of the room. |

| Issue 08 can be found at any procedurally generated Abandoned Mine sites. Since these are unique to each character, you will need to check your map for three dotted planets or moons that could have the site.
After landing, clear out the Ecliptic mercenaries and head inside the Abandoned Mine Complex building, which will lead you into the mines. Defeat the enemies nearby, and then go to the small hole outside of the building. Lockpick the Advanced door and the magazine will be on the office table. |

| This Skill Magazine is located within the mines in New Homestead, on Titan, one of Saturn's moons, in the Sol star system.
After landing in New Homestead, walk straight along the path and enter the building the building marked “New Homestead”. There should be a UC guard standing at the entrance. Once inside, walk straight ahead, through the steel hallway and down 2 flights of stairs to see the door to the main area of New Homestead. After entering, you should see an area filled with displays of “old world” novelty items. Walk straight past this area towards the Brown Horse Tavern and turn right to enter an L-shaped hallway. Ahead, you'll see a door marked “Mines”. This is a set of two doors and there should be a switch on your left side to open the next door. Once inside the mine, follow the path until you reach a large cave with 3 miners digging with laser cutters. Once you enter this area, turn-on your flashlight and look to your immediate right to locate the skill magazine sitting on a large wire spool next to a light. |

| Mining Monthly 10 can be found at any procedurally generated Deserted Robotics Lab sites. Since these are unique to each character, you will need to check your map for three dotted planets or moons that could have the site.
After landing, go inside the science facility and head inside the break room past the cafeteria. There you can find the magazine on a coffee table between two chairs. |

| 1 Magazine | Permanently increases tool-grip weapon damage by 2%. |
| 2-10 Magazines | Permanently increases tool-grip weapon damage by an additional 2%. (Stacking) |
Collecting certain numbers of Mining Monthly Issues will give you corresponding permanent buffs. These buffs aim to notably increase the to the damage of tool-grip weapons such as the Cutter, Heller's Cutter, Arc Welder, and Auto-Rivet.
Obtaining Skill Magazines will automatically give you permanent bonus effects based on the number of magazines you've collected in a certain category. Whether you decide to sell or drop the magazine after getting it will not affect the buffs you've received.
Bonus effects from collecting Skill Magazines will remain in your New Game Plus playthrough. This will also allow you to gain new effects after obtaining similar magazines you've gathered in different universes.
After activating all bonus effects, the Skill Magazines will no longer have any bonus descriptions and are only good for selling.
