Introvert is a Trait that you can have in Starfield. Read on to learn if it's worth it to get the Introvert trait, how to use and remove it, as well as its incompatible traits.

You really need your alone time. Exerting yourself uses less oxygen when adventuring alone, but more when adventuring with other human companions, (Can't be combined with Extrovert.) |

Good for Lone Wolves and Stealth
If you prefer exploring space on your lonesome, then the Introvert trait is for you. You'll consume less Oxygen, and consume more if you have companions with you. This makes Introvert ideal for sneaky playstyles.
You can still travel with Vasco, so you aren't completely alone, but you'll miss out on helpful companions.

How to Remove Introvert Trait
Talk to Andy Singh at House of the Enlightened
You can remove the Introvert Trait by talking to Andy Singh at the House of the Enlightened in The Well, New Atlantis.
The option to remove the trait will show up as one of the dialogue options as you converse with him.
Alternatively, you can also have Keeper Aquilus at the Sanctum Universum remove the trait.

The Introvert trait decreases oxygen usage which in turn gives you more stamina. However, this bonus is only granted if your trait aligns with the companions needed. Otherwise, you'll end up using more oxygen.
The Introvert trait may be best if you choose to explore with robotic companions like Vasco.
