Uranus Joke

A random ship will attempt to communicate with you to ask if you know the way to Uranus. If you answer Yes, he'll tell you the joke that Uranus is right behind you and to smell you later, then grav jumps away.

Surveyor Ship

A Surveyor Ship will hail your ship, mistaking you for the Collection Team they were expecting and are asking if you want to board. Answering Yes will let you board the ship. You'll be greeted with robots upon entering, and the robot near the pilot seat will give you the organic materials after talking to it.

Star Parcel Freighter

A Star Parcel Freighter will ask you to deliver an urgent parcel if you're willing to accept. You can attempt to Persuade them into giving you more reward. The delivery location is random though, but it's a good way to earn a few extra credits.

LIST Colonists

A ship flying LIST Colonists will ask you for materials to repair their dead grav drive. You can accept their request if you have the materials they need and they'll pay you for it. Refusing will leave them stranded in an unknown system where their only hope for survival is another ship that are willing to help them.

Mysterious Captain

Starfield - Mysterious Captain Trader

A ship with a Mysterious Captain will say that they're rooting for you, but can't explain why. If you encounter them in New Game Plus, they will reveal themself as The Trader, a Starborn selling rare items and gear to fellow Starborn.

New Game Plus Explained

Dr. Sohla Banglawala

A ship boarding a Dr. Sohla Banglawala will ask you for geological resources to help her on her research. If you don't have any samples, she'll say her goodbyes and attempt to grav jump away.

Her grav jump will take a while to start, setting an awkward tone and she attempts to make small talks and tells you a joke. Before reaching the punch line, her grav jump activates and flies off. Now, we'll never know what happened.

Commercial Passenger Transport Liner

A random ship will alert you that there are hostiles in the star system you're currently in and flies off.

Extended Warranty Hail

You'll encounter an unknown ship, telling you that they've been reaching you to talk about your expired ship warranty. They'll offer you different plans starting at 50,000 credits up to 200,000 credits. Buying a plan will add a note about the said plan in your inventory and does nothing to your playthrough, which is clearly a scam.

You can choose to attack them by selecting Attack in the dialogue option, and they'll immediately turn hostile. Even if you managed to destroy their ship, it'll grav jump away.

If you attack their ship without striking a conversation, a bounty will be placed upon you, and your companion will get angry with you.

How to Remove Bounty

The Valentine Sea Shanty

A ship named The Valentine will sing a sea shanty for you to listen to. You can approach the ship after the singing and commend him of his singing.

Captain Myeong's Gift

Starfield - Captain Myeong

After completing the Groundpounder sidequest, you can randomly encounter a UC Navy Nebula ship that is initially wary of you, but will hail you once Captain Myeong recognizes you.

Myeong will give you a short rundown of the aftermath of Groundpounder, as well as giving you a weapon to express her gratitude for saving them back on Altair.

Granda Ship Encounter

You'll encounter a random ship piloted by a Grandma who tells you that she just finished cooking some food. If you choose to dock her ship, she will give you a lot of interesting and heartwarming dialogue in addition to the free food all over the ship that you can take at any moment.

With LIST colonists encounter if you have developed skill. Starship Engineering or Design, don't remember which, you can then use it to help them restart their grav drive after you choose bottom conversation choice, asking what is the problem with engine, to which they reply with a description and telling that ''manual is in old language, Cyrillic alphabet, russian probably''. Or you can give them 20 iron as a base solution for this encounter
