Jump Height is primarily determined by Gravity and Boost in Starfield. Read on to learn how to increase your jump height, and more!
The quickest and easiest way to increase your jump height is by consuming an Amp aid item. It will temporarily boost your jump height two times for two minutes, and it also increases your movements speed by 35%!
List of All Aid and Recovery Items
Players can increase their actual jump height by investing 4 Skill Points to Gymnastics in the Physical skill tree. In addition to jump height, you will also unlock combat sliding, take less fall damage, and move better in Zero-G areas.
One confirmed way to increase jump height is by allotting skill points to the Boost Pack Training Skill.
While this skill does not directly increase how high you can jump, it increases the Boost Bar, allowing you to boost longer, and in turn reach greater heights.
Boost Pack Training Skill Rank Up Guide
There are different boost packs and pack mods that can be equipped to increase your boost height and boost time. The power boost pack mod in particular can provide you with a higher jump height.
While exploring the different planets, you may find yourself jumping higher or lower than usual. This is mainly due to each planet having their own gravity, and can be beneficial or detrimental to your exploration.
Planets with Gravity greater than 1 will have you experience lower jumps, and potentially faster boost consumption, while Planets with lower Gravity will make you feel lighter, such as when exploring moons.
