Mod IDs are used in the Console Command. This feature is only available on the PC, so you can't get mods with this method if you're playing on the Xbox.
The command for spawning Mods is different from other Item IDs, and it even requires an additional REFID (which changes everytime your weapon is dropped). Here's how to open the Console Command and put in your Mod Item IDs:
You can add multiple Mods on both your Weapons and Armors using this method and changing the MODID as long as they are applicable to your item.
If you want to remove the mod you just added to your weapon, you can use the "REFID.rmod MODID" command instead.
extended mag perk ID is 000FFA3B the one in the list is wrong currently. and the rifle is called AA-99 not Ar-99

Weapon and Armor mods have specific Slots (1, 2 and 3). Your list doesn't specify which mods go to each slot, like I've seen a few sites doing. If someone wants to keep the item mods consistent with the game design limitations, knowing the id is not enough. Also, it'd be nice if armor IDs were separated (helmet, pack, armor). Your site is my go-to for all Starfield things related and I thought I'd just provide a constructive feedback.
