How to Recruit Erick Von Price
Clear Start-Up Stopped Without Retrieving the Ship
To recruit Erick, you'll first need to head to Jane's Goods in Cydonia to receive the sidequest Start-up Stopped. You'll then need to go to Triton to retrieve Erick and her ship, the Berry Mule.
Once you've docked to the Berry Mule, let the Ecliptic keep the ship and report back to Jane to complete the quest. You can then recruit Erick for free, but you'll lose out on the option to buy the Riot Shotgun. He'll be at your ship as soon as you clear the sidequest or hanging around Jane's Goods later on.
