Talk to Doctor Joseph Manning in his clinic in Neon to start the quest. Talk to him until he brings up his supply being low. It will appear as an Activity first before you see it as a quest in the Quest Menu!

Speak with Abbie Edding in The Clinic in Narion to get the supplies for Doctor Manning. You can persuade her to give a few more items, but you can leave as is and take the ones you got back to Doctor Manning.

2. Return to Joseph

Starfield - Give Medical Supplies to Doctor Manning

Go back to Neon and give the supplies to Doctor Manning. You will get 110 XP and some credits after that as thanks for helping him out!
