| The New Atlantian 01 is located on a table inside an abandoned lab in the Tau Gourmet Production Center on planet Tau Ceti II in the Tau Ceti star system.
After landing on Tau Ceti II, walk into the building in front of you. The doorway should have some scratch marks on either side of it. Next, walk into the adjoining room on the right side and walk straight to see the worktable with 2 ammo cases and the skill magazine beside them. |

The New Atlantian 02 is on the table near a computer on the third floor of the Comms Center in Starstation RE-939. You can find this area near Voss in the Alpha Centauri star system.
Upon entering the Starstation RE-939, eliminate any nearby enemies and proceed upstairs to reach the Comms Center. From there, you'll need to find another set of stairs to get to the third floor. Once you've reached the third floor, you'll come across an office with a server room and a dead body on the floor. The skill magazine can be found on the table to your left. |

The New Atlantian 03 is on a table on the outside area of Dawn's Roost in the Residential Area of New Atlantis, on planet Jemison in the Alpha Centauri system.
Go to the Residential Area via train and go to your right to see Dawn's Roost. The passageway on the right of Dawn's Roost should take you to the outside area of the establishment. The New Atlantian 03 is on the farthest table in front of the Dawn's Roost entrance. |

The New Atlantian 04 can be found on a side table inside a room at The Eleos Retreat. You can find this area on planet IXYLL II in the IXYLL star system.
Upon arriving at The Eleos Retreat, enter the building where you will see a large crystal in the middle of the room. Use the stairs to reach this area, and you'll spot the infirmary on your left. In this vicinity, there's another set of stairs next to a hallway with multiple rooms. Proceed down the hallway and open the first door on your left to find the skill magazine on top of the side table. |

| The New Atlantian 05 is located on a table inside Kay's House in The Well on planet Jemison.
To obtain this Skill Magazine, players will need to enter the elevator on the right side of the MAST area tram station in New Atlantis. Simply face right after exiting the tram and walk towards the blue information kiosk against the far wall. The elevetor entrance should be on the left side. After entering The Well, walk straight past the Med Bay into the corridor marked Exit. Pass through the corridor and turn left to see Kay's House. Enter Kay's House and walk through some plastic drapes on the far left side of the room. Turn right from here and walk through another set of plastic drapes to see some stairs leading upwards. Open the door and immediately turn right to see a table beside a potted plant. The Skill Magazine should be resting above the table. |

How to Use Skill Magazines
Collect for Permanent Bonus Effects
Obtaining Skill Magazines will automatically give you permanent bonus effects based on the number of magazines you've collected in a certain category. Whether you decide to sell or drop the magazine after getting it will not affect the buffs you've received.
Effects Carry Over to New Game Plus
Bonus effects from collecting Skill Magazines will remain in your New Game Plus playthrough. This will also allow you to gain new effects after obtaining similar magazines you've gathered in different universes.
After activating all bonus effects, the Skill Magazines will no longer have any bonus descriptions and are only good for selling.
