Sell Them to the Ship Services Technician

Starfield - Sell Ships to Ship Services Technician

You can sell ships to most ship services technicians near landing pads of big cities like New Atlantis, Cydonia, and Akila City. When you find them, talk to one and say ''Let me see what ships you have for sale.'' This bring up the ship menu where you can buy or sell your ships, just be aware of how much credits the vendor has.

How to Get Free Ships

Stolen Ships Need to be Registered

Stolen ships will need to be registered first before you can sell or modify them. You can register them by going up to the ship services technician and telling them ''I'd like to view and modify my ships.'' This opens up the ship menu where you can select your stolen ship and pressing the Register button indicated on the bottom right.

It is also important to note that registering ships will cost you a substantial amount of credits. You will still earn credits when you sell the stolen ship, but it may not be worth stealing low tier ships.
