Continue talking to Ron Hope until the choices on the table above show up, these are the triggers for the choice branch. Note that the bribe choices appear earlier in the dialogue.

Should You Kill Ron Hope?
Kill Ron Hope to Avenge the Farmers or Negotiate the Bribe
Killing Ron Hope is the best choice in terms of morality and justice, as accepting Ron Hope's bribe and keeping his secret will get a dislike from all companions.
Sparing Ron Hope is only worth it if you have the Negotiation skill since you can negotiate to get a 50,000 credit reward instead.
