Quest Walkthrough

1 Listen to the Discussion and Talk to Qisrani

Listen to the discussion in front of the Halls of Obedience and talk to Qisrani. Help her track down the missing supplies and find the culprit
2 Investigate the Halls of Healing

Head to the Halls of Healing and talk to the Executor. Tell him that you need to access Ukaru's Workstation for your investigation.
3 Gain Access to Ukaru's Workstation

Show the slate to the Executor to gain access to Ukaru's Workstation. You will need to get Admin Access to restore the deleted records to progress with your investigation.
4 Request Access to the Archive Restore Function

Talk to the Executor and try to Persuade him to give you Admin Access to the workstation. If you fail with the persuasion you can hack the workstation using a Digipick to restore the deleted records.
5 Track Down the Missing Supply Shipment

Go to the Hollow Bluff Depot located west of Dazra City and Southwest of Hamadi Station. Head inside and follow the path until you reach the Supply Depot Computer. Check the Supply Tracking folder to activate the tracking device.
6 Follow the Signal to Ukaru's Tracking Device

Hack the Security Door through the computer or activate the Power Switch on the left to open it. Go deeper into the depot and follow the tracking device. It should make a beeping sound that gets faster the closer you are to the device. You can also check the distance on the upper right to help you find it quickly.
7 Follow the Blood Trail

Follow the blood trail leading to a room where you can find Ukaru Dul'kehf's dead body. Onamide will be there and try to trap and kill you with corrosive gas. You can avoid the gas by going through the vents on the right.
8 Gain Access to the Control Room and Restore Power

Return to the Control Room and restore the power of the depot using 4 Emergency Power Cells. The Emergency Power Cells won't be marked on the screen until you get close to them, so pay attention to your surroundings!

There will be Zealots that will try to stop you, so take them out first before going to the control room to restore the power.
9 Search the Room for Evidence and Retrieve the Encrypted Slate

Go to Ukaru's body and get the Supply Depot Recording. Retrieve the Encrypted Slate on the table in the same area to get the evidence.
10 Leave the Depot

Exit the depot and return the evidence to Qisrani. Enemies will spawn again as you try to leave the area. You can take them out or quickly run towards the exit and return to Qisrani in House Ka'dic.
11 Return the Evidence to Qisrani

Report to Qisrani in House Ka'dic. You can tell Mujeen Ka'dic to leave or stay before giving and discussing the evidence. Note that this won't affect the quest in any way, so choose what answer you like the most.
12 Speak to Tevina at the Keep About Jandar's Rest

Talk to Tevina Veth'aal inside The Keep. Give her the slate to decrypt it and track down the location of the Zealots. The location will be marked on the map after decrypting the slate.
13 Infiltrate Jandar's Rest

Infiltrate Jandar's Rest to confront Onamide, the Zealot Boss. Traversing inside Jandar's Rest is easy as there is only one path to reach Onamide, except for the first area where you can go on top of the boxes or pick the door on the left to progress.
14 Find the Key to the Shrine Room

Onamide is hiding in the Shrine Room, which is currently locked. You can find the key to the Shrine Room by looting one of the Va'ruun Zealot Captain in the area.
15 Speak to the Zealot Boss

Speak to the Onamide once inside the Shrine Room. You can either Persuade him to avoid a fight and get another slate for evidence or attack him and take the slate from his body.

Killing him and his allies will let you loot their items inside the shrine that contains some Epic and Rare equipment and tons of Credits.
16 Return to Qisrani and Kill the Assassins

Return to Qisrani in the Halls of Obedience and hand over the Slate for evidence. Attend the meeting with her after talking and kill the assassins that will appear.
17 (Optional) Search House Ka'dic for More Evidence

You can search for more evidence in the House Ka'dic by accessing Mujeen's computer. You will need a Digipick to hack on his computer and another one to unlock the Meeting Folder, which is the final evidence.

You can still make Mujeen pay for his crimes without this evidence, but this will make the discussion to progress a little bit faster later on.
18 Wait for Qisrani to Gather Representatives for the Trial

Wait for a few hours for Qisrani to gather the people for the trial. You can find and use a chair, bench, or bed to pass time.
19 Meet with Qisrani at the Halls of Healing

Go to the Halls of Healing to participate in the trial. Mujeen will try to ask you to back him up and put the blame away from him. You can take his side for taking 10,000 Credits or you can deny his offer. After talking to him, speak with Qisrani to start the trial.

If you have a companion with you, they might dislike your action if you take his bribe.
20 Wrap-up the Case

Speak with Qisrani after the trial to wrap-up the case. You will receive Credits and 300 EXP for completing the quest.
