The Dream Home is located on Planet Nesoi in the Olympus Star System. It will appear as a special landing point for players who have selected the Dream Home trait.
This landing point will always take the name of the player and be named [Player]'s House. In our case, our character was named “Kane”, so the landing point was named “Kane's Home”.

Currently, only players who have created their characters with the Dream Home trait can purchase The Dream Home, as the special landing point on Nesoi will only appear for them.
Once you have created a character with the Dream Home trait, progress through the main questline until you've met Constellation and given them the first piece of the Artifact.
After that, head out of The Lodge to receive the mission prompt Dream Home. This occurs after the first mission One Small Step.

Players can purchase the Dream Home by heading to Galbank in the Commercial District of New Atlantis.
Once inside, players should speak to Landry Hollifield, who will be sitting behind the counter in the right side of the establishment.
He will ask the player if they would like to foreclose The Dream Home, freeing the player from the weekly fees they need to pay, or pay the full amount of 125,000 credits.
Money Making Guide: How to Farm Credits
We have yet to put the trait itself through rigorous testing, but it appears that only players who selected the Dream Home trait during character creation can purchase the Dream Home.
Currently, the only way we know to remove the Dream Home trait is by asking Landry Hollifield to foreclose the dream home. This means you lose the trait, but also lose the home and anything you left inside it in the process.
