Players can only start this quest if they made the colonists on ECS Constant settle in Paradiso during the First Contact side mission. If you made them settle elsewhere, you can start a similar quest called Escape from the Endless Voyage instead.
If you got them to live in Paradiso, you can talk to Janet Yang in the colonist area and ask her about her life on Paradiso.

Janet Yang can be found at the colonists area in Paradiso on the Porrima Star System. You can get to that area by walking through a sandy path next to the Chunks store.
When you offer your help to Janet, you will need to go speak with Olver, who is on the Executive Floor at the hotel, to forgive her debt. You will have two options, you can try to persuade Oliver or pay him 40,000 Credits.
It is recommended for you to persuade him so you do not have to pay anything. Make sure to consume a Hippolyta before negotiating with him to increase your chances of persuasion.
After settling Janet's debt with Oliver, you can return to her in the colonists area and tell her about the news. She will reward you with various Anitque Old Earth items and 75 EXP.
