Defeat Vortex Enemies

Vortex Phantoms

Vortex Phantoms and Vortex Horrors are enemy types that glow a bright blue aura and have a chance to drop Dark Vortex Cysts when defeated. Phantoms are the humanoid enemies, while Horrors are more monster-like in appearance.

When fighting these types of enemies, make sure to loot their bodies to obtain Dark Vortex Cysts, among other Vortex materials used to craft Vortex Grenades.

Reload Save to Get the Loot You Need

Dark Vortex Cysts are random drops from Vortex enemies, so if you are unable to obtain this material from an enemy, simply reload a previous save file and defeat the enemies again until you get the Dark Vortex Cysts you need.
