Display of Power is a faction quest in Starfield. See how to fix Display of Power bugs, how to unlock Display of Power, rewards, and how to complete it.
Players have reported a bug where the door leading to Briggs was locked, when it should have been opened when you joined the Strikers.
A quick workaround without the use of console commands is by using the Manipulation skill on Andrea, and telling her to open the door for you.

After finishing the events of The Audition, talk to Hatchet in the Strikers hideout for your next mission.
The Audition Rewards and How to Unlock
Head to the three Sign Control Node marked as your quest objectives. You can override the sign displays in any order,
After hacking the three signs, return to the hideout and speak with Briggs to finish the quest, and start the events of The Showdown.

If you have progressed through the Ryujin questline and killed Andrea she will obviously not be here. If you are on Xbox and can't use console commands, you can punch a citizen in the room and then stand by the bugged door. The strikers will run down and unlock it. You can then run upstairs and hide until you are no longer in combat and then you can finish the quest and proceed to fast travel to UC to clear your bounty for punching someone.
