Nurse O'Shea can be found in the Medbay at The Well. You can get there by taking an elevator beside Jemison Mercantile or near the MAST District train station in New Atlantis.

Starfield - Nurse O

After agreeing to help Nurse O'Shea, you can talk to her again and tell her that you would like to help the sick children. Then, she will ask you to get research notes about the disease from another doctor.

2. Visit Dr. Lebedev at Reliant Medical

Starfield - Dr. Alexei Lebedev

You can get the notes from Dr. Alexei Lebedev at Reliant Medical near the MAST District in New Atlantis. Enter inside and ask for his help. He will then give you the notes to help the children.

3. Give the Research Notes to Nurse O'Shea

Starfield - Research Notes

Once you retrieve the research notes, head back to Nurse O'Shea at the Medbay and give her the notes. Afterwards, she will rewards you 2500 Credits and 50 EXP for helping her out.
