4 Successfully pickpocket 20 times. 50% greater chance to successfully pickpocket, Can now pickpocket holstered weapons.

In combat, hostile enemies can be pickpocketed by stunning them by dealing damage with the Electromagnetic (EM) damage type. Deal EM damage with EM weapons or with your fists while having the Neurostrikes skill allocated.
