As Leadership is a higher-tier Expert skill, it is unlocked by spending a total of 8 skill points in the Social skill tree before it can be learned.
There are no backgrounds that start with the Leadership skill.

| 4 | Sprint 5000 meters with an active follower. | Doubles the bonuses of Combat and Physical Crew Skills Companions. Companions have a chance to pick themselves up from a downed state. |
